Sergi's Cookery Academy is set up like your kitchen at home making it a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All the equipment used you will find in your own kitchen so the dishes made can be recreated at home. As well as the academy we also have a demonstration kitchen which enables Sergi to show his skills to a bigger audience. This is great for anyone who would like to get inspiration with new dishes, techniques and styles of cooking.
